Welcome
With over 30 years in healthcare—and 17 of those as a registered nurse—I’ve seen firsthand how deeply mental, emotional, and physical health are connected. When one part of us is struggling, it affects the whole. My passion is helping people discover those connections, untangle what feels overwhelming, and find greater peace, resilience, and joy in their daily lives.

I bring my genuine self to our sessions and use a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to support your personal and relational growth.

I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Compassion-Focused, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, and Narrative therapies. Having multiple tools allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, but the heart of our work will always be the relationship we build together.

Practical Details
Rates: $130–$150 per session
Payment: Cash pay accepted
Insurance: In-network with Kaiser, Premera, BCBS, Heritage, Asuris, Lifewise, and Aetna
Out-of-Network: Superbill provided for reimbursement
