Welcome to my compassionate therapy space

Who I am and what I offer

Welcome

With over 30 years in healthcare—and 17 of those as a registered nurse—I’ve seen firsthand how deeply mental, emotional, and physical health are connected. When one part of us is struggling, it affects the whole. My passion is helping people discover those connections, untangle what feels overwhelming, and find greater peace, resilience, and joy in their daily lives.

My Approach

Therapy is a brave step. Together, we’ll explore what has brought you here and what you hope to gain from our work. I believe healing happens in a space of safety, authenticity, and compassion. I bring my genuine self to our sessions and use a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to support your personal and relational growth.

I work with individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Grief

  • Health challenges & caregiving stress

  • Relationship struggles & boundary setting

  • Childhood attachment wounds & trauma

I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Compassion-Focused, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, and Narrative therapies. Having multiple tools allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, but the heart of our work will always be the relationship we build together.

Why Work With Me

Like you, I’ve faced challenges on my own path to healing. While our sessions always center on you, I sometimes draw on my lived experience to foster understanding and connection. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen, supported, and empowered in our work.
